Boxing Equipment production starts with the cutting process. In this process, fabric is being cut into components. At AMK SPORTS we have daily cutting capacity of 12000 pieces. Cut, marked and verified with precision ensuring 100% quality of all the components.

    AMK SPORTS, having separate store for all the cut components of any product with full record in ERP and manuall system. All the components are being issued from this store to next process to make it smooth and simple. All the components are counted and stored in bundles to get them easily when going to issue to next department.

  • Stitching

    Stitching

    At AMK SPORTS our stitching facilities are equipped with the latest high-tech machinery to maintain top quality. We have the best skill set of sewing operators aided by state of the art machinery producing 3K-4K pieces (assorted) a day ensuring all quality & customer requirements are met. Having automatic palm stitching machines which gives us best quality. After receiving the product components from cutting store, all the product parts are joined and sewn sequentially. All the components are sewn in respect of buyer requirement. AMK SPORTS has enough stitching machines with a huge number of daily units produced. Maximum machines are imported and in good running conditions. Latest models including automatic and digital machines are also part of our stitching setup.

    AMK SPORTS is famous for quality control. Each unit is inspected and checked under the supervision of the best human resources and technologies right from the raw materials to the dispatch. Yet we always follow deadlines in mind. Your products not only arrive on time but you don't have to worry about their quality at all. We aspire you with our quality standard. AMK SPORTS do internally Pre-shimpent inspection. Where our inspector opens a random box to check quality, Measurements, sewing, color, printing and embellishment is monitored in this step.

  • Storage

    Storage

    The Final set of procedures, before your product is despatched to your required destination. Once products are inspected and cross-checked they are then tagged and packed in your branded packaging, Then they are stored in ready to ship goods warehouse in racks with proper taging and stickers, dispatched under the supervision of experts to avoid mistakes. This process is ERP embedded and follow strict compliance criteria.
